Our fast paced world almost requires that anyone who wants to succeed has the tools necessary to never slow down. For that reason, it is a good idea to get a printer for your home office. Not only is this more convenient, of course, but it can save you money over time if you have lots of personal printing needs.
The SAMSUNG Wireless Monochrome Printer
For a quick $80 this printer is as affordable as it is functional, though the price point has its limits. As its name implies, this is a black and white printer, so you are not going to want to install this if you have need to print lots of colorful presentations. High school and college students, however, might find that something like this works well for printing school-related documents (syllabuses, reports, directions to and from campus, etc) as well as post-graduate documents (resumes, cover letters, etc). While it is certainly possible to find black and white printers at a lower price point, however, this machine is a bit of a “workhorse,” which could come in handy if you end up having to print a lot of documents. And because of its efficiency, you will save money on toner in the long run.
The HP ENVY 4520 Printer
For slightly more money, the HP Envy 4520 comes with a few more interesting options. Take, for example, a “borderless” setting that lets you print text outside of the standard margin settings; essentially you can print all the way to the end of a standard 8.5” x 11” page. But the built-in scanner makes this plug-and-play printer quite versatile for under $100. And for ink choose hp 61xl ink cartridges at 123inkcartridges.ca.
The BROTHER Digital Color Printer
Known for their label makers, Brother also has a few exceptional entries in the standard printing formats, too. Now, at $175 it is priced significantly higher than the first two on this list, but for fast, high-quality, reliable printing that automatically loads and sets for standard and legal sheets, there may be no better machine. Also, you can choose between both black and white and color prints; and while you do have the option to use any paper size, you will have to feed the machine by hand (if the size is any other than standard or legal).
The EPSON Workforce WiFi Direct Printer
Finally, the EPSON Workforce offers yet more options for only a few bucks more. Useful for scanning, copying, and faxing (and printing too, of course) this machine can handle just about any type of media you can throw at it. High quality photo printing, however, truly ensures this machine lives up its name.
